What is S.A.M.S.? S.A.M.S. is “Students Achieving Maximum Success”. We are here to help students become independent and successful learners by assisting them to develop good study skills, to increase their understanding of course content, and to develop a positive attitude toward learning.
We provide encouragement and support to students from elementary to high school, and occasionally some college students. We tutor in areas of math, science, and language arts.
S.A.M.S. have been in existence for many years and we continued to grow each year. We have a diverse group of tutors who have educational backgrounds in areas such as business, medicine, and teaching. Under the direction and guidance of God, we strive for success today to make a better tomorrow for our kids. Kids are our future, why not start today by building a good educational foundation.
What You Would Do In This Ministry:
- Tutor youth and adults of all ages
- Aid in homework assignments and projects
- Computer training
- Aid with fundamental development in many areas of academics
